Newbie alert!

Hey everyone I thought I'd introduce myself
I've played Glest and (after downloading a few mods, to increase teh awesomeness) I thought I'd join the community of such great game. My name is Lex and I'm 13. I live in rural partof australia, queensland and attend high school. And... I like Glest  :)

ok first welcome to the community, which mods did you download?

make sure to try indians, if you havn't,
and the science faction is good.

O, almost forgot, Star ship troopers is a must play!

I did sst and science, but I'm having trouble with the indian faction... 'housing' won't work.

It works for me now... i downloaded the 'housing' option. very cool.

i'm new to glest also, and i dont get the energy thing  :roll:

EDIT:wow, i feel stupid...you just have to create energy source thingies

i've tried ...10 times now i think... and i always lose as magic vs tech.

:shock:  :shock:  :shock:

Regarding the earlier mentioned technique, i always die be4 i can get the dragons out.
