well, i have a first version aut now, still problems with the unique color for each player. it doesn't change the color the right way. maybe you have some tips, titi?
now i will email you the spearman and you can modify it some bit. if you want something else to be changed, just ask.

Yes, I have a tip:

Your tga files have an aplhachannel, so you must just delete some parts ( with the rubber in gimp for example ) to see the teamcolor in those parts.
Dont't remove the colors completely otherwise you'll get really strong teamcolor.

yes, this is how i supposed it to be... unfortunately the alphachannel makes the model really unvisible?!
must the alphachannel be completely visible and just no color in the image? i tried this but i get still something wrong.
well, i will find the solution sooner or later.

besides:
i started the trull(worker) for norse. modelling is nearly finished (took a 1/3 day). i will give images when texturing is finished.

Oh, I forgot, the "team color effect" only appears on the first exported Object. I don't know excactly If it's really the first object, but it has something to do with the order of the exported objects.
Probably it's a good idea to edit the exported xml-file manually and reorder the exported objects in it.By this you can see the effects.

wow, how did you find out?!
ok, i will concern this, i have multiple mesh(obejct) in the xml.
then i will send you the blend and you can export it yourself. but perhaps the g3ds are small enough, then i will send you both ;)
