Hello there, I am Purazuma, and I have also tried Glest.
I am 18 years old and I live in New Caney. Also, I like Magic Faction better than Technology Faction, because I am half Magic-Lover, and Half Dragon-Lover. Also, I am a Pokemon Fan, so don't hate me(Closes Eyes from getting Hurt).

Also, I played few Megaman Games, Including Megaman Zero, I am awesome using Charged Shots.

I wonder if there's going to have more Factions other than Magic Faction and Tech Faction...

Just to make things a bit clearer the three factions mentioned already exist and can be downloaded from websites shown on the Wikia. You then need to copy it to the <install path>/tech folder.

Also, I don't like dramatic music, forgot to tell you that. But I like Rock/Metal, and NES Music.

I'm pretty sure that you can change the music to whatever you want, just place an ogg file in the music folder of the faction you play as. (I think it has to be an ogg file to work)

i always liked magic better in terms of units, but i like the tech feel of gameplay.

also ive played pokemon games devoted 1000 hours of my life to each gaem( wow) buts that because we travel alot, well welcome to the game of glest.

also i might thy to make a pokemon mod, what do ya think?

the best way is this: begin a game with this:

1. human - magic - team 1
2. cpu ultra - magic - team 1
3. cpu ultra - tech - team 1
4. closed

now watch how the cpu ultra plays and do the same. also, while playing u can watch and a tech.

firt make many initiates, few deamons, start building enery sources, then summoner guild, then libary. at same time make few battlemages. attack with 10 battlemages and 5-6 deamons, 5-6 magic armors and a 1-2 drakers

magic and tech are same difficulty, just u need to learn how to use it. for begginers tech is easier because it is like real life, but magic doesnt exist in real life, so u need to explore that imagination.

when u see how do computer do things, u will learn how to play.

when u r ready, play with this:

1. human -  team 1
2. cpu ultra - team 1
3. cpu -  team 2
4. cpu - team 2

after some time u can play this:

1. human -  team 1
2. cpu - team 2
3. closed
4. closed
