How could we make Glest easier to use, install etc. Tutorials? More documentation?

What about a faction editor?

Factions are coded in xml, which is easy to edit, but also makes it very easy to write a program to edit for you. I think it's totaly possible.

Building an xml editor was suggested twice but it didn't seem like people were interested.

Moving right along... Has there ever been documentation on the particle system? I would like to see a comprehensive guide to building projection and splash xml files with all the tips and tricks, too.
