how to unpack files into my glest file?

sorry im new to this how to i use my indian housing jungle map and ect. stuff with glest? someone said unpack it but how do you do that?

im windows i was gonna tell you some other thng but i forgot lol its  a ziped file i dont know what to rlly do =/ =/ why i need help in good detail if you could be so kind doenst have to be but if it was in detail id better understand. thxs =)

ok I'll try it:

Here for winXP:

Open the windows (file)explorer.
Navigate to your zipfile.
Double click on it.
Now you should see the content of the zipfile.
mark all the files/folders you see there
press ctrl-c
navigate to your glest installation dir ( with fileexplorer ).
( typical c:\Program Files\glest2.0.0\ )
press ctrl-v
