where to get opengl v1.3??

i installed Glest v2.0
but when i try to open a dialogue box opens:::::

error:Unhandled Exception
Your System supports "opengl v1.1.0"
glest needs atleat 1.3 to work
you may solve this problem by installing the latest video card drivers

where do i get v1.3 of opengl???

one more thing:::::how to know which video card i have?????which version is it??

Use a utility like gpuz to find out your graphics card, and then go to the manufacturer's website to look for driver updates for it. That may very well fix it, but sometimes the card is just too old.
