Perhaps we should all use GMT (or UTC or something) to avoid conversion confusions. (Daylight savings time, half hour timezones, etc.)

oops, gmt. Curse local time zone differences. There should be a phpbb function to post dates in your local time and have everyone else see them in their local time (which you can set in your profile).

Meaning that depending on where in the US you live, that may be 3-7, 4-8, 5-9, or 6-10. (from west to east)
