I checked if the box "show hidden folders" was activated and It 's the case.
I'm under Windows XP on this computer, not Ubuntu Gutsy.

Odd. Try accessing it via a terminal, eg. C:/program files/blender foundation/blender/.blender/scripts

You might also try reinstalling it.

You were right, re-installing blender fixed the problem. I put the export file in the script  folder and from now i can export suitably.
