Show Off Your Works

Well ijust wanna see what everyone has worked on and i wanna give you guys the cance to show it off

look here are some things i made..........

i did not like mostly everything of the game after playing it for awhile
the games ended to easily and some of the UNITs became useless after
a few minutes i changed that making it so u can't only win the game just using the strongest unit there is i've combine everything and made it so team work is the key to win

Tech = High Defence, Fast Hp Regen, Higher Hp,

(Perfect to my taste)

Magic = High Attack, Fast Ep Regen, Faster Speed,

i even made a boss that u and your team mate has to fight against
but i didn't take a photo of him yet he is basically a giant daemon that can shoot fire balls

to many units on start up

i found giving the AI to many units on start up makes for a lazy and stupid AI. the key in having a challenge in glest in give the AI just enough to be needing more units. ive tested many and found a good ballance. first i increase the hit value of the flying units to 3500 hit points with 5 promotions. so if they kill up to 50 units there strienth is 17500. second any defence tower i set to fire at groung units as well as air. like magics tower of souls will only fire at air units at first i go into the xml file and add land as well. plus i give the towers a hit point striength of 10000 points. with ten promotions starting at 10 kills ending at 100 kills so if the unit servises it will have a hit striength of 50000 hit points. i also set the regeneration value at 10. on the flying units because i can move them out of range of the towers to regenerate i set there regeneration value at 7. i also pick one groung unit lets say golems on magic and give them a hit value of 5000 with 5 promotions starting at 10 kills. now with starting units i give one tower with it's increase hit value. and one flying unit as well as far as the rest of the units i give 5 workers and one of all the other groung units and let the AI build the buildings to make more units. if not then the AI just sit around with those units without making more. of them. plus it makes alot of workers and they stand there doing nothing for the most part. try this set up and you will see it will be a chalenging game.

umm dude the reason y it attacks the one in the air first is because thats what u program it to do u have to goback and change it and i just found out how to put new units in..............

also i don't understand some of what you wrote about the AI i just go to the .xml and make it lvl 5 which is Insane lvl so its harder and i like it when the game lastes longer

and i'm to lazy to put alot of different kill levels. the max level i put in is up to (3) three

EDITED: ok now i reread what you wrote about the AI and i think i will change it if i can  and i also got the idea to make copy of the same units and just edit it to make new monsters making the battles longer andmore enjoyable

the AI relies on its starting unit if it has to many to start with. See there is a maximum amount of units the AI will work with. Si if you go hog wild with a bunch of starting units. The AI will think it is max out of units. It will not make anymore even if you destroy some of them. And if you allow for 10 promotions on fix ground units and 5 on moving ground units it will last a lot longer because the stationary units will be able to take more punishment than the moving ones so they should give the moving units a harder time before you over run them. witch makes for a harder and longer game

o now i get u but i only put alot of units so it'd take less time to test everything but thx for the info i didn't know that........

say.....i'm a bit busy but i need help on changing the .g3d files u know like how ppl make the color different how do that?
