What happened to enveloops new board?
« on: 9 February 2008, 14:52:35 »
And why was the corresponding thread simply deleated?

I hate it when mods simply liquidate every single trace of something on their board.
It just leads to confusion and looks as if they have to hide something at all cost.

So what happened here?

Everything has been deleted and I have also lost my moderator status in this forum. In any case, I´d like to thank you, hailstone, chubs, (nice talk on drupal last night!), rishen, bdgrauer and all of you who took some of your time this past week to help me testing the site for the help and constructive criticism.

Since this thread will probably be deleted soon as well, I'd like to give an advice to whoever did this.
Treating people who just want to help like shit, is one of the best ways to fork a project.

If we discussed this and agreed that it is a bad idea we could have stopped it and everything would have been fine.

But simply destroying someones work and throwing him out is the worst possible treatment he could have recieved.

No. It has been deleted, there´s no backup and I´m pretty sure its soul would have been erased too if that were possible. Still, I´d be happy if the discussion ended here, for the benefit of all.
