My website-based Glest PR effort failed!

long time no see,

I did made an website promoting Glest, the game.

Despite limitations of my site, I know the game good stuff.
The site got random stuff, but heh, the game is there. Now to organize the site like this forum...

EDIT (25/03/2012):
I am embarrassed for putting up a link that probably has nil chance of public relations strategy.

Why did I call you James? Weird.

Anyway, I am also part of this community called the orbiter community and over 5000+ people visit it's various forums every single day (I'm well known is this community on most of the major forums). I will try to advertise Glest to the 5000+ people. But, if I'm going to advertise Glest to that community, then I have to adverstise the "Orbiter Space Flight Simulator" to the Glest Commnunity. I have to say that it is my favorite simulator (and I'm a simulator fanatic). The most recent version was made in 2006, but there will be a new one coming in 2008. Also, this game has MANY addons which can be downloaded on various websites (see the links page on the below website). oh yeah, this program is FREE!!
But, it is only for windows.

Do you guys mind if I help? I'm new, and messing with the tools will help me learn coding for when I get older. Also, the game is a free version of Warcraft 3 so it's fun.  :)

you can always get it up on OnRPG... they are pretty good for finding great low end free PC MMOs and such.  You should be able to get a spot on there as a Free RTS.

It's not really a free version of Warcraft 3, rather a free game that has similarities to Warcraft 3. I'm being pedantic but I think it's important to note the difference. Glest is not associated with Warcraft or Blizzard as far as I know.  ;)

And nothing like it: Glest is a standard strategy, while WC3 is a tactical-"RPG" hybrid.

Not to mention the coding and other differences.

Welcome!

I would conservitively estimate about 5000 people in the world.  There's about 1500 members on these forums, but not all Glest players will come to the and join, so about 5000.

There was a long time that I played but was not on the forums, but that was because I couldn't register for some reason about 4 months ago.
