AFLobby multiplayer client 4.2
« on: 2 March 2008, 12:35:37 »
http://www.darkstars.co.uk/2008/aflobby-beta-42/

A full multiplayer client and server all up and running, channels ranks, battle listings, (smileys), etc

Just tell it where to find the glest executable on the very first run and you should be fine ^_^

Nice work AF your lobby works fine on my system :)

The only problem is that their is no-one playing Glest atm, just lots of people playing spring *shudders*

Personally I'd rather there was a seperate server for Glest users so we didn't get all mixed up with the spring people!

A filter would be good. ie only show Glest games.

A filter would be great but, you guys should try spring. (sry for advertising  :P ) i play both and would like to easily see both so a filter would be best imo.

how bulding that Java instal 4.2, i dont undestand"BUILD OUTPUT DESCRIPTION
========================

When you build an Java application project that has a main class, the IDE
automatically copies all of the JAR
files on the projects classpath to your projects dist/lib folder. The IDE
also adds each of the JAR files to the Class-Path element in the application
JAR files manifest file (MANIFEST.MF)."

I have no idea what your talking about. I know the manifest.mf is not an issue since AFLobby.jar has already been compiled and already has the necessary manifest file inside it.
