This is my first post!
Here are my ideas:
1- Can you make units follow paths? maybe by shift clicking?
2- Can you make units (when a group is selected) have an option Formation? (this might be hard to program) It is frustrating when a group of archmages go and kill them selfs from splash damage, or when one unit goes ahead of the others and gets himself killed.
3- Some bind that selects lazy workers
4- Allies being able to share already harvested resources and maybe control over units? or to do that one of the allies has to build a market?
5- Maybe allow Daemons to have an ability - hide - this makes them invisible untill they move or an enemy unit comes close. (only works in trees?)
6- Have a unit called Ranger or Hunter - (for tech) they have bows and swords and can hide.
7- Farms should be able to create horses (after stables upgrade) mostly any tech can get on it - for faster transportation, and better attack (knights on horses or archers on horses) and rangers or hunters (if created) should get more hp and attack power.
8- Tileset Blizzard - everything is covered in snow low visibility. Also all water turns to ice - units should slide on it and air units should move in the direction of the wind (slowly of fast).
9- solstice tilesets - all day or all night
10- units should get more power during night or day
11- Sand box mode - when you can pause the game and do what ever you like - to test stratigies, test AI, etc.
*maybe some one could create this for a mod - "Alchemy" as a new fraction?
A combination of tech and magic.
some ideas - "Fountain of life" would be used like mana or food
research philosophers stone - makes all units stronger or a unit that can control other units (enemy) using the stone, or even bringing back the dead?
research Transmutation - allows you to make resources from other resources - 2:1 or 3:1
