« on: 16 March 2008, 23:33:49 »
Question #1:
Can anyone tell me what is a good free program that will let me record Glest for more than 5 Min.? The longer amount of time the better. If you do know any programs that let's me do that, please tell me what it's called or the website I get it at.

Question #2:
How do you turn of Fog of War? (Problem solved, thanks for the help mart  ;) )

If you are using Linux you could use one of these:

XVidCap, ffmpeg und recordMyDesktop.

But I haven't used any of them and don't know if they have a windows version.

You can turn off fog of war in glest.ini, but it doesn't work for online.

I think it was recordMyDesktop I tried a while ago but it only recorded a blue screen. Speedator mentioned Yukon for Linux  in a previous post. You can use SnagIt for Windows on a 30 day trial or CamStudio for free.
