it says "cannot open intro_music.ogg" when I just showed you that the file is indeed in there (can't you see the picture?)

It seems that you have installed this glest version over the old one, please unistall it and reinstall again. intro_music.ogg should be less than 1 Mbyte long.

are you sure? I know for a fact I uninstalled the old version I remember doing it too.

No, there isn't. But that's really strange, we have tested the game in our computers and everythig is ok, maybe the file is being used by another app. Have you tried rebooting your computer?

to disable intro music you can just replace it by an empty sound file
