Block tileset and flat map
« on: 28 March 2008, 00:01:31 »
The idea of the tileset was to make it like some Counter-Strike maps. The map is just something for testing maybe. It's a bit dodgy but the idea is there anyway.

Instructions for installing:
- download the files (only files needed, to save space)
- copy an existing tileset and rename to block
- replace textures with ones in zip file and rename xml file to block.xml
- extract test.gbm to maps folder
- select them when setting up a game

Nice Idea ;)
It'll be hard to get it looking right but Im sure with some work youll get it done, do you want me to make some more textures?

Yer, I was more after a simple map that I could test programming stuff with when I thought of the texture. I only did one texture then copied it so you can finish it off if you wanted to continue the idea. I'm not planning to do any more on it.

Edit: if you look at the map in the pic you can see the enemy came to wipe me out.
