Help me -- error when use Blender to import mod
« on: 5 April 2008, 07:45:46 »
My Blender version is 2.45.

I download two package:
    "g3d_xml_exporter_v0.1.5.zip"
    "g3dimport_export_beta.zip"

I just copy "g3d_support.py", "g3d_xml_exporter_v0.1.5.py" and "g3d_logo.png" to .blender\scripts, and then click "blender.exe". But I find nothing in [ File -> Import or File -> Export ] about .g3d, but I can find "G3D XML Exporter" in [ File -> Export ].

I think Blender only recognise "g3d_xml_exporter_v0.1.5.py", but not recognise "g3d_support.py".

Now, I don't know what to do, please help me! Thinks!

The g3d importer and exporter (which can't export yet (and may never) )is a wizard. To bring it up, split the 3d view and then go into the scripts panel in the second panel that appears. Then bring up the scripts menu and in it go into wizards. Click on it, and then it'll bring up a little thing with three buttons. If you can't see them, make the view bigger. then press import g3d.
