which is better? fullscreen or window?

hi, i was wondering which is a better to play glest. in fullscreen form, it's really hard to put the building or clickin.but easier to move the screen around by putting the crusor on the edge. but, in window form, it's easy but hard to move the screen around when u put your crusor near the side. putting the crusor near the side is good and faster while the arrow keys are slow....so i was wondering what your suggestions will be. :?

I find that when something is in full screen mode, your amount of fps is better than in windowed mode...which is good .
