Glest Error 10013

Hello, I just got Glest version 3.1.2. The installation was fine, but when i try to create a game or press the Scenario button a white screen pops up and i get error 10013 :"Network Error binding network socket."
PLease help, i am running windows Vista, and in case it is important Mcafee security center, in case it is interfering. Thank you

It might be Mcafee security center preventing the port from being binded or something else.
Socket error 10013 is access denied. Have a read of http://www.qksoft.com/qk-smtp-server/so ... 10013.html
