Character Modeling problems...
« on: 15 September 2004, 07:38:02 »
Hi guys...
I got a problem....
I m makin this game...(which still doesn't have a name yet...)
is based on big fights...(i'm think of 200 units vs 200 units like in the old red alert days....kk)

and i mad my units quite small (less memory usage and space for more units!) and found out that the energy ring below is bigger than it should be....so i get this small unit in this big ring....(damn)
can i fix this?

There is no easy solution for this, the selection circles must be at least as big as 1 cell. What you can do (that is what many games do) is to pack more than one person in the same unit, this is to make squads of 3-4 soldiers and put them in the same 3d model.
