Ok, I've moved stuff on the glest wikia.

• GAE - Main Page (Also Glest Advanced Engine)
• GAE/Guide - GAE Guide (formerly 1st part of Effects & upgrades)
• GAE/Reference - GAE Reference (formerly 2nd part of Effects & upgrades)
• GAE/XML - GAE XML Specification (separated from main Glest XML specification)

I've also generated Doxygen docs for 0.2.8a here: http://http://glest.codemonger.org/docs/gae.  These things should help other programmers get up to speed some (not much doc/comments in code really) and also help modders take advantage of what GAE has to offer.
