I've changed the GAE project website on sourceforge to the trac wiki. From there I can link to doxygen documentation (and perhaps other resources) which I'll upload to the project web hosting once 0.2.13 is released.

Last I checked, the GAE website was behind, outdated, incomplete, and poorly maintained. I'm offering webdesign services.

The trac wiki should be able to function as the old codemonger site did and updated easily. If you want you can make a prototype but I think your talents are better used on something else, at least for the moment.

Seriously?

Use the color elements and theme of the Glest.org home page and incorporate them on the Glest.wiki main page. Tiling custom formatted background textures, new art and proper wiki coding.

Sandbox wikia is a good place to start.
