Ingame technical information viewing

Idea: A button that opens a window that displays a tech tree for whatever faction you are playing and on mouse-roll-over displays the information for each individual stage of technology.

This could be made with a TGA for each faction that would have spaces of alphas (invisible) that the computer would fill in to tell that you achieved it.

This would be especially helpful when learning a faction.

I'd also like a window that shows all the units you have in the game where you can select them and see their health.

Pretty much you want a better general GUI. To be fair thinking about it, something in the line of Dawn Of War's bar across the bottom which you can hide would be great. But I'd like to see someone code that in
