Sorry, the oh so great filefront isn't working , I've only been able to upload one thing and it was way smaller than a model.

Please tell me how to export certain animations, because I think I screwed up bad, I tried to export but I can't find a way to export the attack animation.

You export them all the same way.  Just select which one you want to export by picking the correct action in the action editor window, and then the correct start and end frames in the time line window.  Also, make sure you're in object mode (not pose mode) and have all relevant objects selected, including the armature.

Can you be a little more specific than "screwed up bad"?  Actually, I think I would prefer a lot more specific.

I can't make heads or tails of what's going on in this file.  It looks like for your Attack action, the goblin jumps forward and hovers around like he's got a jet pack (dubya tee eff, dude?).  Then your Walking action seems to include all your animations, but I can't tell when one stops and when one ends, which is why it's good to keep them all as separate actions, but your separate actions make no sense at all.  Despite this file having a Walking action, I don't see any kind of actual walking animation whatsoever... so if by "screwed up bad", you mean "made a terribly confusing awful mess", you're spot-on.

Would it help if I uploaded a fully-animated blend file of another unit for you?  If you see what it's supposed to look like when it's done, you'll have a better idea of how to achieve it.

Actually I just did what you told me, I created a new action, and then made the animation.
The walking animation is supposed to be that jetpack thing.  :D :D :D

Just go through the scene in the action editor.

You'll find that:
Standing: 1-5| Walking: 10-18| Attacking:25-35| Dying:43-48

Something like that, I just need to know how to put the animations in their own actions.

The purpose of making a new action for each animation is that each animation would be made in that action. :P  We can fix this, though.  I think the way to organize it would be to select your Walking action and do "ADD NEW".  This will create a new action "Walking.001", which is a copy.  Create a copy for each animation.  Then, in each copy, delete all the frames that aren't part of that animation.  So for Standing, you'd delete everything but frame 1-5 (IN THAT ACTION ONLY!), for the walking 10-18, Attacking, 25-35, and Dying 43-48, each in their own separate actions.  If you want to keep an action with all the frames in it as a backup, I suppose it won't hurt.

*sigh* I guess I just need to get around to making that video tutorial. ;D

Progress so far:
Idle - Done, gAMeboy you can change this one a little if you don't like it.
Walking - Done, gAMeboy, I didn't do a little hop, but I'm giving him a run that suits him well.
Attack  - Done, this one is very good from what I can see in Blender.

Arch actions work great instead of making a huge file filled with animations. Plus the maximum should be ten frames so dont go over that. My longest animation ever was 12 frames and I did that right when I started Learning.

you could easily make a 25 frames and it not be over sized or choppy , glest can handle this , but normally i would stick with 15 frames

Goblin Marauder Progress:

Idle: Done - Looks good at low speed.
Walking: Done - Looks good.
Attacking: Done - Looks good.
Dying: Someone else can do it, I tried it but gave up because I got the animation finished and when I played it the mesh didn't do what I told it to do........

EDIT: Three G3Ds and the .blend, the G3Ds are just for seeing them in the g3d viewer, or in-game. Download Below.

Also, gAMeboy, do you have the XMLs for this mod set up yet, if not just throw so together real quick, and then use my spectators map to balance the XMLs out, after that we need only to do the models, and the icons.

You could even release a BETA with placeholders...........

Downloaded, i just started the Texture, so it shouldn't be to hard to adapt it to this one.
