Yea, ditto what titi said. The Glest team is working on some other project, they aren't going to be spending much time with Glest anymore (at least not soon). If you wanted to start your own Glest fork (like GAE) then you can open a sourceforge account or something, but I would recommend just starting with a local svn repository and importing the code from glest.sourceforge.net (I'm pretty sure you can import the entire Glest repository from sourceforge, history and all, but I can't say off the top of my head how to do it).
