Thanks for posting that picture. Not only was it funny, but I was able to bookmark the site. Lots of laughs there!
Nowadays, I only eat meat if somebody offers it to me, like if I'm at somebody's house and they cook something. I do take some supplements with fish ingredients, though. I guess I can't quite claim to be a vegetarian, but I figure I'm close enough to be able to call myself an environmentalist. Wink
For real?!?!?!?!? Ugh. I admit, I dislike people when they refuse to eat normal meat (for what reason). I know american beef isn't that good, but still, it's not that bad, and man cannot live on fish alone (and supplements aren't natural...). Generally I usually meat (pardon the pun) vegetarians who don't eat meat because they are dieting or something, in which case, I can usually recommend EXERCISE rather than vegetarianism
Concerning those who eat little or diet to try and lose weight, here's my counterpoint (BTW, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying John is trying to lose weight!
). I'm a pretty big guy, at 6'1", and eat more than anyone in my household, yet I maintain a very much healthy 175 with plenty of muscle, yet a very good academic average. I never diet, I eat my share of junkfood from time to time. I do eat balanced though, getting enough from every food group, but still maintain a healthy weight. I consider exercise to be the best weight management ever, even though I don't go out of my way to keep fit (grueling phys ed classes, extra-curicular sports, and usually jog home from work, but that's about it, with maybe some training in the summer, etc).
