I would go for a i5 if you game, but go i7 if you play 5 games at once...
I tested glest in the highest settings, and easily reached my max frame rate! I also played through assault cube, Nexuiz, and Scorched3D at the highest settings at 1600x900 resolution with flawless gameplay. I'm in love. Dunno why anyone would want to play FIVE games at once though.
"You know what, I'm bored with CoD at the moment, I'll switch to pong for a few seconds for the increased thrill then switch back to blowing brains out. And maybe some tetris and a quick level of Glest too..."oh god, were can i get one? if i don`t mess up with the currency, thats 60000NOK
Assuming I have the currency right, that's abhout 5 300 NOK. HOWEVER, this was refurbished AND on sale. I'd be hard pressed to find it cheaper. It's a HP Pavilion d7 (Can't remember the exact name... Stupid 5 digit Alphanumeric mixtures. You'd think manufacturers could name their stuff better).
Yeah, I know the processor isn't all that good, but my tests have had all shown it quite nice, and it is better than my last, and not all that much worse than the i5 of a different computer I saw.
Now Military can be updated...
Yep. I need a few more days to finish installing programs and getting it all ready (makes me feel like a kid again!
), but then, yes, it's back to military.
