(my rambling) Smoking: I really don't care much of wether its illegal or not. People will still smoke it (even more) if it was illegal. Just like proabation they made alocohol illegal and that made things worse. There was riots, smuggling, fighting ect. just to get it, so it was better to keep it legal. Personalty my mom smoke over 2 packs day and where-ever and when-ever she wants. I hate it because the smoke gets everywhere and its impossible to get it out the way she smoke. So I have to go to school smelling of smoke and then everyone make fun of me. I hate my school so much anyways this one kid named jake (I HATE HIM SOOOO MUCH) takes it over-dramatic and bothers me so much he also makes fun of me being goth. Mostly everything about me he make fun of for me smelling of smoke which itsn't that bad he fake coughs (really bad) and puts his shirt to his nose and such and whenever i see him in the halls he just coughs and says eww . Anyways thiis makes me really depressed going to school but I really want my mom to stop so my life could improve. But its impossible for her to stop she won't even try but its really really hard but not impossible you must be commited to stop smoking. If it was illegal maybe someone like my mom wouldn't have access to smokes and she'll stop even though making illegal will make the world worse

It would be hard...
Promoting non-smoking would be the best, and if you don't start in the first place, then that is already very good...
the bad thing is if you get a lot of second-hand smoke...

Well, a lot of them...actually almost every single one of them is not...well they all weren't really good presidents...Obama is the same thing...he's not the worst though, and if our current president was one of the candidates in 08' then that would be even worse IMO.

If the world did, then for those people, a lot, it would be the same thing, and since it is kinda hard to stop, but not impossible to, it would...be the same thing for them...that's why making it illegal would be worse probably, and in the end there would be no point...

just wanted to say OZZFEST!!! I can't wait I'm so excited because its actually in my state and there's more of a chance of letting me go. Even though alot of older people are there. I been really wanting to go for years but i was never old enough. I'm 14 I should be able to go except for the fact theres lot of people drugs and huge crowds but if if wasn't for that I would have been able to go much younger. Hmm i wonder if i can go with my 22 year old sister

Anyways for people who don't know about OZZFEST its where a bunch of rock/metal people perform (i can't really explain it) and the main atraction is ozzy osbourne hes is SO AWESOME.
