starting to produce a unit cost some energy, but when it's finished it cost the same amount of energy again. Is it a bug or should it be like that?
I'm using v 1.0.1

Yes this is a bug, thank you very much for reporting it, it's incredible that no one has noticed this before (including me and the glest team).
