downloading glest

i don't find my post in the general discussion and i posted it there. where can i search for posts. i am new to glest so please help me Grin

i am trying to modify glest but i don't know how. can you please helpme. And i would like to know what is a mod and what is a tech tree. please reply. new to glest.

The Mods forum has some good guide. A tech tree are the name of logically connected factions.MODifications include everything what has been modified in Glest.

i played glest and it is really hard to win, i think we should make it a little bit easier and more units.

And

This has been said before, but you can make the computer allied with you, and you can even make those allies CPU-ultras.  Another thing is that Glest will become easier once you know the faction you're playing.  In fact, that's the best way to make Glest harder is to play another faction.

On the second subject, we are adding new units.  Please see this, and please post ideas!

i want to know the person who made glest. i think it is a really cool game.

well you know since you have to download glest and your computer is already slow maybe you should get more RAM(random access memory), the more you have the bigger the programs you can run and faster i would recommend at least 1 gb(gigabyte)of RAM It runs flawless at about 4gb RAM i don't know if you know what i'm even talking about though, if not just look it up
