Anyway, after having had Glest for about a year, I decided to have a go at making my own mod. I like ancient Egypt so that will be the mod. It will include mummies and possibly a son of Osiris!
Anyway, to start of with, I have made a (badly textured and not finished) pyramid:

Units:Slave: A basic worker, not very different from tech's worker.
Priest: A medium unit produced from the temple. Can hit things doing medium damage with his staff or do a weak splash attack. Can summon mummies, making him a very useful unit.
Spearman: A cheap and fast melee unit, used for defence early in the game. However, due to not having much armour, he is quite fast, making him a good scout. With an upgrade, he can throw his spears a short distance.
Swordsman: A medium melee unit, being slower than the spearman, but still quite fast.
Mummy: A very fast unit, with his main strength being melee. He rips apart his enemies with deadly strength, but has low health.
Godly animals: Big animals with different strengths (e.g: the snake will have a green magic attack venom spit and a melee attack "bite of the cobra")
