Something wrong with the scenario,custom game,ETC screens

Alright, whenever I try to go to a screen that is choosing a kind of battle like scenario or custom game. It comes up with the screen but the buttons don't appear, here's the pic:

I believe that the mouse is over the button that chooses the type of AI/human you are.
