Error running Glest

Hi!
    I'm trying to run Glest on Windows XP. I've copied the GlestLib and GlestSrc to the Glest installation folder. When I run the Glest exe, it shows the following error:

Your System Supports OpenGL version "1.2"
Glest needs atleast 1.3 to work.
You may solve this problem by installing your latest video card drivers.

How do I resolve this error?

You need a 3d capable GFX card with properly installed drivers.
The Gfx-Card must support OpenGL 1.3 otherwise glest willnot work.
