wow, sweet! :)  It sounds like a lot of work though if you ask me.  If I were to use that for testing, it would be when things were more mature and we wanted to start implementing UDP, then something like that could be gold!

I haven't re-tested the network delay emulation lately, but it was working fairly decently last time.  Of course, we're not accounting for lost packets because the TCP layer is supposed to take care of that type of stuff for us.  You always have so much good info on the stuff that's out there, that's awesome! :)

what would you use UDP for in an RTS? unit positions? seems overkill unless someone is still on 56k
