Problem with Lithuanian translation

I have problem with letters Ä,,,Ę,Ä–,Ä®,Ų,Ū in Glest translation. When I launch game it shows me A instead Ä,,, E instead Ę and etc.. Like word is "Grįžti" but it shows me "Grižti" this is VERY BIG gramma mistake in my language. What to do?   :-\
