Yea, I actually think that this may be a very good idea. Ideally, the AI should be able to figure out what the best things to build first is, but it shouldn't hurt to be able to tell it. Also, the military units to workers and what makes a base "stable" can vary a
lot from one mod to another. If one tech tree has very cheap & weak military units, you'll need to produce more of them, and visa-versa for expensive/stronger units.
