Yeah, I know it costs money, but it comes with so many. Just download the pro version, since it comes with a bunch of textures, then download the 100% free viewer program, and there, we can render up to 2048 x 2048 (way bigger than we'll ever need) without any watermarks. It must have like 250 + textures defaultly available with both the viewer and studio (once combined). THe best are the medieval doors, medieval windows, wood, metal, and brick textures. The fact that we can always download more could be quite handy too! While I don't want to pay for a software I still don't know how to use, can I help but take advantage of the samples they have placed at my disposal?
BTW: What do we need to spend $800 for? We don't need an animation option. The low end $150 will more than do. Then again, that's still $150. Still, it's cheaper than photoshop...
