Shouldn't we make a Moddb project for Dark Magic?
I think it would get more publicity.

Except so few people use ModDB on glest. It's not very popular for Glest, and who's going to visit a mod for a game they haven't heard about. While it seems as though it could bring publicy at first, it doesn't really do much unless you have a lot of people interested in finding out what this 'glest' is... As for the glest community itself, it always uses the glest board and glest.110mb.com/mdc.php for mods.

Whether or not it helps a whole lot isn't that big of an issue since it's so easy to make a mod page on ModDB, so I'm for it.  However, there are a ton of unfinished mods with TBA release dates already and I think most people are just passing them by without a second look, so it might be better to wait until Dark Magic is done (or nearly so).

i agree, and dont forget, that even thorugh glest is a great game, it does lack what people are used to, overdimensioned graphics. im not saying glest have bad graphis, but people are used to lights, shaddows, and all that stuff, and most mods are still TBA :D, as allready said, give it a little more time ;D.

my mod are going on to ModDB, along with instuctions for glest :D,(but thats when its released and looks good). :D
