InstallJammer supports LZMA compression and 7z can use LZMA compression. It might be possible to extract 7z.

Maybe LZMA (solid). see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solid_compression

Well, once I'm done it, I'll have to convert all links to relative (gotta figure out how. The help manual is VERY short).

Yes, install jammer uses LZMA compression, but it can't seem to uncompress a downloaded file. Just the files included in the installer. And I recommend using non-solid, since my testings have shown that solidness almost doubles the time for both the compiler and for the extractor at the cost of a few MB.
