I want to make a Glest video

I need a program that will take video of my Glest game, so what program should I use?  I would like it to show Glest well, of course.

Suggestions? ???

I know that some people who want to recorder a high FPS full screen game use something called FRAPS...

The only problem is that the users are saying that FRAPS slows down their FPS rate.

FRAPS isn't that good. I've used it, and it is kinda choppy. As well, the video is WAY darker than normal and has an annoying watermark, and is limited to I think 20s...

You can try camstudio, but it may be very slow and thus choppy on poor PC's or on large resolutions... Hypercam has a box in the top corner, but is fairly good, assuming you are good enough video editor to crop that out. There's a topic in this board. It should be stickied and titled something about glest videos. Please consult it.

I have used camstudio, and every time i try to save a fullscreen video over 10 seconds my camstudio crashes.  Hypercam is one I have heard of and I personally would be okay with advertising it if it will help me make videos.  Does it record in HD?

HyperCam2 isn't really good for quality. It might be changable, but if I remember correctly, it has HORRIBLE quality... Camstudio can't do good with large videos (what can?). FRAPS is similar, but shareware and has bad contrast. So few good stuff... Perhaps why I don't really have any ingame videos?

What are you talking about?  I have seen 10 minute HD videos all the time on youtube.
