You guys kinda forgot about the other race while I was gone, and Omega, you made it more complex by introducing a whole different race! Anyhow...

Suddenly the sky grew dark with a deep whirring sound. Above were legions of legions of machines of every sort, the work of the Tecnics, who were driving the shades deep into the mountains.

When the caveman army reaches the technics, the robot army seemingly ignore the cavemen. They have only one objective: to annihilate the shades.

During the commotion between the tecnics and the cavemen, the shades were able to infiltrate one of the near by caves. The shade lord ordered the capture of all babies in the cave. But suddenly, the ground begins to shake violently; a massive wall of water, one mile high can be seen.

Next...Omega, you will not make this a happy ending!

The technics thought that the cave men made the wall of water and the cave men thought that the technics made it and they began to fight, the technics were takeing the lead for they had about 4,000 war machines and the cavemen
only had 2,500 giant warers.

The Shade lord drew power from the underworld, and from this great evil, the technics and the cavemen where brought down to very low numbers. All seemed lost. The shades grew stronger, while the technics and cavemen fought. The shades were organized, and carefully planned their advances, while the technics and cavemen quarreled among themselves, weakening by the minute...

NEXT, and no worries, this story CAN'T end, so it won't be happy. But you can't have all bad...

The Shades then try to call upon creatures from the underworld and doing so unleash a monster of unparalleled power, the cavemen and the technics seeing the monster flee for the mountains. The Shades thought they had won, now that they scared away the primitive warriors. but no! they monster started to attack them...

"Stop right there, a mans voice boomed, the monster looked to it's side and saw him, but as it did the figure in blue robes thrust his staff forward, the creature flew back against a large rock.

But then the lord of the shades had a glint of malice in his eyes. He drew a heavy battlestaff, nearly twice the height of the caveman, and moved in on his prey. The two battled for hours, seeming too equally matched to damage either. The sun began to set and darkness fell. As though revitalizing him, the shade lord grew faster, stronger, and more furious, while the caveman, being mortal, grew weaker with each blow. Suddenly...

The caveman spoke magic words, and nothing happened. The shade lord was much stronger now, and used his power to make his weapon deadly, a blade materialized on the end of his staff. The lord of the shades swung his blade, the caveman tried to dodge but was unsuccessful, the blade made contact with his neck, and knocked the caveman through air. The blade had not pierced his skin, it had simply whacked him, and the shade lord screamed in agony, he couldn't understand what he did, and then he remembered speaking words, not intentionally, but by instinct...........

The mechanical robot grabbed him and the 2 robots caring the caveman and the shade king went back to the technics village and thrust them into a cage in the center of the village, Ho Ho Ha said the technic king I am king of all, and lifting his head proudly roared with happiness if it were a big joke, but the caveman and the shade king did not think it was one...

You know, Eliminator, If you want to claim relevancy or whether or not this makes sense, you would first have to question A) How does this apply or even relate to Glest, B) Why is each group fighting each other without any alliances pacts, and C) How does a Caveman actually have a chance against technologically advanced humans and magicians? In short, please don't poop the party. I liked it.

From within the cage, hate was pouring out from both the caveman king and the shade lord. Meanwhile, at the magnificent city, an evil lich is summoning an incredibly large army of undead mammoths and other gigantic beasts...
