Can anyone please re-animate the golden eagle, I keep trying to fix the rig, but everything is flipping out on me in Blender!

Eliminator I don't want to be mean, but it looks crazy.

The standing anim, looks like he's demented.
The attacking makes absolutely no sense, he goes down as his wings thrust down, really it just looks like one repetitive motion. I think the attack anim should have it's wings thrusting down toward the ground, throwing a gust of wind. Want me to send you a quality example of some of the other anims I've made, so you know how little frames you can use and how well to do the Golden Eagle anims?
The dying is fine.

Take a look in the G3D Viewer, and tell me they don't look weird.

You used one bone for each wing, use multiple, and make sure you parent it right, on the Archer, the bows armature was parented to that the end bone was master, not the middle bone.
Some of the .blends you gave me, like the blacksmith upgrading and the guard walk, then both have their standing anims, and I little other clutter.
I recommend that you take a little longer, and make sure things are clean and well done, that's what I try to do, and most of my animations look pretty good.

You know what, with the Christmas release I'm going to switch back to the standard version numbering system, as to avoid confusion.

The Christmas(3.0 BETA) release, will be bug free(I can't guarantee it but...), and I think I'm good for re-animations, I've only re-animated like 1/4 or 1/3 of the models, but some are fine anyway, a few I'll fix in a 3.1 release!

Believe it or not, the standard numbering system isn't proper, but it's what everybody uses, so.......yah, I'll have to switch back.
The Ubuntu numbering system is definitely much better, but since people tend to stick with what they're already using, I figured I'd avoid confusion and switch back.

OT: I'm not sure why you like that ubuntu version numbering. I'd never even heard of it until you began using it. It has some MAJOR faults. For example, things that only have releases come sparingly, such as every few years could go from a version 7.1 to 10.3 in one release, making people wonder what they'd missed. It also doesn't work for programs that started before 2000, and with larger years, it gets more complex (I dislike large version numbers. The major version number is better when it's a single digit, with some exceptions. Not to mention this means that my first version beta which is 10% completed would be version 9.12, which doesn't make sense and makes my program look like it's well finished and fleshed out (when it's really barebones).

2- It's just a version number carved out of a release date, jeez you can always carve it differently!

I would have edited my previous post, but I won't because of obvious reasons.

I've only had 6 downloads. :(
This is a major release, new anims, and lots of other changes!
If people want, I will post the readme on the first post.

A new release, version 3.0, will be coming out on New Years, it will have a few new animations that the BETA doesn't have, but it will mostly consist of fixes.
One completely new thing in the 3.0 release, is the "blender files" section, it contains the original blender files from the releases before 3.0 -BETA, and the latest blender files.
This mod is now very stable, it should not crash even once, but if any major issues come up please let me know, and they will be fixed immediately.

Sorry that the 3.0 release will be late, but I had a few issues with remembering which computer it was on, I've made a few new anims for this new release, and fixed quite a few issues.
Also, those loading issues with the large textures have been fixed.

Release Date of 3.0: Ah..........I'll start uploading tonight, and then I'll post the link in the morning.
