Its kind of underpowered. Though its quite strong mid-game, it lacks strong end-game units. Could try adding Elite Infantry...(Praetorians?)

The turtle formation, the golden eagle, the catapult, and the commander are all good units.
But you are right, it needs some more I will add a bartering ram and 1 more thing ideas plz.

The golden eagle is very powerful...and some other units too.   

But I guess once Elim will release
