3ds max????

 ??? I got the 3dsmax trial but it makes no sense! I have looked at all the tutorials they dont even tell you how to move around with vertices or faces(or edges). Can a 3dsmax user give me a good tutorial please. I do know blender but I really like how 3dsmax is plus I want to be able to load those animated models and stuff that are in max format. Is there anyone who can help me.
P.S.
please dont say anthing about all the forum using blender, that gets reaaaalllllly annoying.
