API Documentation

Below are the API documentation for the current trunk and network branches.  I haven't posted updated docs in so long I thought it was a good idea to do so (even if this is just WIP).

If any of you guys are particularly handy with Doxygen and can improve how the docs are generated, please submit patches and/or suggestions for our Doxyfile (or commit them if you are Silnarm or Hailstone ).  Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure I like the binary TOC, it seems to slow my browser down quite a bit.
