Megapack (V4 i think) not working >:( (Problem Fixed)

I download Megapack, and all i got was one (yes ONE) notepad file, i cannot find out what to do, where do i put it? or what do i do with it?  

EDIT: i have Glest V3.2.2, i play on Windows XP, megapack V4 (i think)
