Any type of charater u hav the game i'm busy with is going to be in two separate fases the one is going to be almost the same as glest but it will be ready for online gaming , local ,single player, its Rts and Fps , plus the main menu is in 3D so u can walk around the icons and the other fase is my pride and joy witch is stil in development but it replaces the key board with a cople of web cams , tred mill and a suite when u go into FPS mode so plz any models glest models will be great if u can not in m3d format plz  :)

2.46, download it here, unpack, and create a shortcut to the executable for quick access.
Just so you know this is an unofficial download, it was put together by the Glest Community, and it has the G3D tools installed.

The problem is, when you import a G3D, the animations just aren't there, and there isn't a bone structure, so you only get model and a texture.

Then you definitely know how to switch windows(3D View ---> Buttons).

A little guide on how to use the G3D tools installed in the Blender download I posted earlier:

To import a G3D:
Select the scripts option from the switching windows menu.
Open the scripts menu and go to: Wizards --> G3D Fileformat Im/Exporter.
Click load G3D and select the G3D you want to load.
Switch to the 3D View window, and that's it.

To export to G3D:
Click/Select the File Menu, go to: Export --> G3D XML Exporter, save it and you're done.
