Project from view works really well for flat surfaces, but if you use it on a curved surface, parts of it get a bit stretched and it doesn't look as good.  Like I said, try a couple different techniques and see which works best.

I don't have much time ever but I am really interested. In fact I could probably swing some tileset stuff if you're patient with me. The cool thing is that they'd work in any underwater mod, whether my idea or yours or anything else. That's a win/win scenario.

Hey people, I've changed this to a Store where you can request stuff, it would be nice if someone would sticky this...

TWO new models have been released: Cart and Guy, and Two-handled Swordsman!

All the models in this store are available on the first post.

I just don't get it, people are always talking about not having enough time and needing 3D Art, and then when I put this up all of a sudden no one need any 3D Art. :P

This unit could morph from the Daemon in Magic.  If you make it well, I think a lot of people will use it, even if it is not standardized (but that is another discussion).

Wow, that looks like it would be very difficult, I'll just make the model for now, probably off a the daemon model so that I get the size right.

Animating it will be immense amounts of fun! ;D
