To clarify, are you looking for a medieval faction or a faction that has pikemen units specifically?
I mean, the "Tech" faction is somewhat within that particular period if that's all you need.
Also, I'm sure there are pikes, poles, lances, and other long and pointy weapons in the weapons cache thread. All you'd need to do is delete a sword and give a swordman's model a pike instead. Some re-skinning and it's ready! Well, maybe that's an oversimplification...
