Well...what are you going to use to record Glest actually? I recommend CamStudio. (google it)... you should use a different codec. I use x264vfw...basically pretty good quality and small file size... although it wouldn't really matter if you were going to edit it I guess...   ::)  :P http://sourceforge.net/projects/x264vfw/

Converting: http://www.easy-video-converter.com/ it should work...it has a basic editor too...

For real editing...well you know what you have...
